Songwriting is often storytelling, as it is with this song about a lonely woman longing for her man who was lost at sea, so she went to extremes to be reunited with him. Maxie wrote the story in the late 80s as she sat on the beach.

"The story behind this song is during a walk along the beach at night someone spotted a lady gracefully kick off her shoes as she walked by then she walked into the sea, as she was longing for her man who was lost at sea." Maxie sang and produced the song and made the artwork recently.
